An exciting career update for me: I joined the advisory board of a tech company! Minerva is an AI-powered system that intuitively blends human agents and technology to create a faster, more intelligent, and more empathetic experience. It integrates contact center platforms and elevates the experience for customers and agents with each interaction, even predicting NPS and CSAT scoring.
I’ve always said the future of CX is bringing together technology and humans, and I am so excited to be part of an innovative company that is leading the charge and making the future a reality.
One reason I was drawn to Minerva was because of the founders, Cosimo Spera and Ramesh Bobba. Cosimo is one of the world’s top mathematicians and has decades of experience working with AI and machine learning. Ramesh is a Silicon Valley veteran and a leader in creating modern cloud architectures, especially in contact centers.
The other advisory board members are each experts in their field and include Hal Varian, the chief economist at Google; Scott McNealy, co-founder and CEO of Sun Microsystems; Juliette-Marie Sommerset, CEO and Managing Partner at Somerset Capital, and others. I’m honored to be included with this incredible group!
Serving on this board is a major career milestone for me. One of my goals going forward is to serve on more advisory boards and be involved in a variety of companies.
Serving on Minerva’s board also allows me to be on the frontline of CX technology. I can’t wait to see where this journey goes.
